This collection of photos was created for a project based on the influence of other artists who have worked with photo compositing. I drew inspiration from the artist and designer April Greiman to create this eight-piece collection. While I drew inspiration from Greiman, the project truly became my own as I worked through creating each of the eight pieces. It took me a while to create a style that seemed consistent across all the compositions, but I eventually landed there. To create this consistency, I used the same model across all the photos and used similar motifs throughout. All the photos I used for compositing were either taken by me or from online scientific archives that fall under free use such as the Biodiversity Heritage Library and the National Library of Medicine.
